Ordering Information Center
All orders placed on www.beutystore.com can be returned within 30 days of the ship date for a full refund, minus shipping and gift wrap charges. To return a product, simply send it in its original packaging to the address below. Refunds are typically processed within one billing cycle after receiving the returned product.
For customers in the US and UK, we provide a return label. However, a $6.95 USD fee will be deducted from your refund for label usage.
Shipping Costs:
Shipping charges are non-refundable for undelivered, unclaimed, returned, or refused packages unless we made an error.
Product Usage Policy:
We understand you may need to open items to decide if you like them. If the item is not excessively used, you will receive a full refund. Heavily used items may qualify for a partial refund.

Sales Tax Information
State laws require us to collect applicable sales tax on orders shipped to the following states: Arkansas, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Florida, Georgia, Iowa, Illinois, Indiana, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Massachusetts, Maryland, Michigan, Minnesota, North Carolina, Nebraska, New Jersey, Nevada, New York, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Tennessee, Utah, Virginia, Washington, Wisconsin, Texas, and Alabama. Orders shipped outside of these states will not be charged sales tax.

If an item is out of stock, enter your email address and click "Notify Me." You’ll automatically receive an email when the product becomes available.
Damage Claims
If your order arrives damaged, please email us immediately so we can file a damage claim with the carrier. Retain all packaging materials for five business days after notifying us, and a replacement will be sent to you.
Cancellations
Our automated system processes orders quickly, so cancellations are generally not possible after an order is placed. If a "Cancel" option is available in your order history, you may cancel the order.
